Site of the Hawke's Nest Cottage and the last resting place of the MW Ignifer, one of the three engine's used on the railway. There was an engine shed on a siding adjacent to the cottage. The Fly Line in the distance passes under the much newer, twentieth century M1, heading towards Lilly Pit and on to Aberford.
