A letter from the Secretary of a Welsh Insurance company based in High Street, Wrexham. Dated August 30th 1858.
The letter states "Dear Sir, Permit me to remind you of the letter which I addressed to you a short time since and to beg to be favoured with a communication from you thereon at your earliest convenience. I remain Dear Sir Yours faithfully ...."
More polite times I think, smacks of a Dickens character by the name of Uriah Heap.
